CWA District 6 - Allen TSO/WAH Tentative Agreement

Your CWA Bargaining Committee is announcing that we have reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) on a 1st Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Allen TSO/WAH Technicians.  Some of the highlights are:

1.  4-year agreement
2.  Successorship language
3.  General Wage Increases (GWI)
4.  Healthcare language
5.  Grievance and Arbitration Article
6.  Layoff language
7.  Severance Pay
8.  Texas Call Center Priority Consideration Job Bidding

A contract explanation call will be scheduled in the near future, along with ballots being mailed to your address.  You must be a member (have a membership card signed) to vote. 

Check back for updates on when the meetings will be held (tentatively, December 21, 2019)
